These terms do not alter or replace in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with Green Mart for products and services or otherwise (for example: Terms and Conditions of Green Mart Rewards Program, Green Mart Gift Vouchers or Green Mart Affiliated Credit Cards)

If you find yourself in disagreement with any changes or modifications made to these Terms and Conditions, it is incumbent upon you to cease your access to the online store immediately. You have the option to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon doing so, you are required to discontinue your use of the online store.
The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your access to our online services will not affect the rights or responsibilities of either party.
We hold the right to block access to, edit, or remove any material that, in our considered judgment, may lead to a violation of these terms.
All products featured on the website will be sold at the Market Retail Price, unless otherwise indicated. The prices you see at the time of placing an order will be the prices applied on the date of delivery. While most product prices tend to remain stable from day to day, a few commodities and fresh food items may experience daily price fluctuations. If the prices vary on the delivery date, there will be neither additional charges nor refunds provided during the order's delivery.
You have the liberty to cancel your order at any time before proceeding to checkout without incurring any charges. Furthermore, we will assist you in processing cancellation requests when directed to our customer service center, as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched from our eCommerce store. Any applicable refunds will be directed to your chosen payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment method you selected.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once your orders have been dispatched from our eCommerce store. For information regarding returns related to delivery, please consult our FAQ section.
